Jerry -

Thank you for sharing your Christmas memories. I miss those times when exetnded families gathered on that particular day to simply enjoy being together.

Although my spiritual path has taken me far away from traditional belief systems that I celebrated during my early years, I still enjoy attending a traditional candle-light service at an organizd church on Christmas Eve. Usually I'm playing my flute with the choir.

Blessed holidays to you andyour family, Jerry.

Non ce mali mi amiche. Veremente, va bene! (Italian 101.)

Now I know why I am learning Italian. I think probably I am seeking the good times you always personified.

Gratzi for the good story. Bellisimo and Bon Natale.

Salute to you. You make me remember similar Christmas visits in my late teens and early twenties, especially in Massachusetts where I was in the Army at the time. We would visit the various family members and friends, share small gifts, have some snacks, and couple of drinks and enjoy the feeling of warmth and love between family and friends. A typical Christmas week night might involve visits to four or five homes. I'm sure none of us should have been driving home after such a night, but we did, and safely thankfully.

Thanks for stirring up the memories and Merry Christmas.
